Winter Fun
Get a festive adrenaline rush whilst speeding through snow-covered landscapes on one of our many attractions.
The mythical and magical Icelandic area is home to the WODAN – Timburcoaster. This spectacular wooden coaster twists between two other attractions, making it a ‘must-do’ for any thrill seeker.
Over in the France themed area, only the brave dare whizz through the pitch dark inside the Eurosat rollercoaster.
Meanwhile in Russia, the Euro-Mir rollercoaster guarantees a dizzying journey as it lifts visitors towards a starry sky, only to nose-dive them back to earth again.
Family Festivities
There are also endless opportunities to experience attractions tailored to suit the whole family.
The 55m high Big Wheel Bellevue glows above the Portuguese themed area, offering a wonderful panorama of Europa-Park illuminated against the night sky.
Those preferring to stay firmly on the ground can glide through an enchanted Russian winter landscape on the fairy tale Snowflake Sleigh Ride.
Make sure not to miss the movie adventure from Ed Euromaus and friends – sit back and be entertained by 'The Time Carousel' in the 4D Magic Cinema.
And all the small snow bunnies out there can get their skates on at the Ice-Skating Rink or head over to the Ski School Thoma for a taste of ski adventure.
Magical Moments
Truly get into the festive spirit with a stroll around our traditional German Christmas Market. Browse quaint wooden stalls filled with seasonal gifts, crafts, and decorations - and of course sample the great winter culinary delights that are on offer.
Also experience the medieval Christkindl Markt that lies beneath the snow-covered trees surrounding Historic Balthasar Castle Park. A majestic atmosphere of times long ago, where nightfall’s glowing fires and torch-lit paths evoke a world of lords, ladies, and knights.
Breathtaking Shows
Europa-Park has an unparalleled seasonal show programme - guaranteed to entertain and amaze!
“Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls…” - the rallying cry for all dancers, artists, and clowns performing in the original Circus Revue at the heart of the festival area.
The magnificent light spectacular 'Luna Magica - A Sea of Stars' will impress visitors whilst making Europa-Park‘s lake sparkle and glisten.
Our Gingerbread Man will also be strutting his stuff with the Ice Princess in the nightly Winter Starlight Parade that meanders through the dusky landscape.
